How to Handle Toothache
May 22nd, 2008
Before seeing a dentist in the event you experience toothache, try easing the pain before taking the trip. Initially, gargle with warm water to rinse your mouth. Then floss out gently any food particle that may have stuck between your teeth. Do it in such a way that you will not hurt the gums to avoid bleeding. If the pain continues, you may try medication whatever it is available nearby. You can pop in pain relievers like acetaminophen which you can buy over the counter. Analgesic that contains benzocaine can also be applied directly to the aching tooth and gums to relieve the pain.
