Natural Remedy to Kill Bacteria

May 2nd, 2008

1.jpgBacteria left untreated inside your mouth will cause gum diseases, toothache, bad breath and worst losing of teeth. Fortunately, there are natural remedies you can make to kill some if not all of these bacteria. Using herbs is one example and this formula would require 2 parts white oak bark herb, 1 part myrrh gum herb, ¾ part peppermint leaves, ½ part anise herb and a/8 part clove. All the herbs and leaves must be in powder form. Just mix everything and put in a container. What you will do is to use it just like how you will use your toothpaste. But you are not supposed to rinse them immediately to keep the active herb powders in your mouth.
